Birdseye Realty was founded in January 2000 by its owner Brian C. Bednar as a residential and investment brokerage firm.  Brian is a Licensed NC and SC real estate broker with a background as a condominium development manager and an MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School. 

In 2002, Birdseye Realty began managing select investment properties for its clients and its first condominium association.   By 2005, we decided to make property managment our primary focus with a growing mix of commericial and association properties.  Since that time we have experienced steady growth through the generous referrals of our customers, vendors and clients who know us best.

Our goal is to continue manageabe growth with communities and properties where the owners and boards seeks involved, professional management which respects and responds to their members and tenants.
