Birdseye Realty seeks tradespeople and vendors who share our approach to customer service and style. We are looking for contractors to take the extra step to ensure customer satisfaction and perform their duties with a high level of workmanship. We expect our vendors to use good judgment and demonstrate reliability. Below are our Vendor requirements:
- Completed Contractor Qualification Statement
- W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification
- Copy of your Trade Name Registration from the Secretary of State
- Liability Insurance Certificate naming the Property and Birdseye Realty with a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in Liability Coverage
- Current Workers Compensation Certificate
You will receive the status of your application within two weeks of applying for approved status.
